More than a Thielen

The rise of hometown hero Adam Thielen has been beyond fun to watch, and now Minnesota’s star receiver has taken his play to a whole new level.

As most fans know, Thielen went undrafted out of Minnesota State University Mankato, and it was truly inspiring to see him earn a starting gig after beginning his career on the practice squad. Over the past few years, Thielen has evolved from a reliable asset to Minnesota’s top receiving threat. Adam rightfully earned his first big contract in 2017, and he should expect a raise this year.

(Took this at a recent game… my friend Amber is definitely “Thielen it”)

Now, Thielen is not only Minnesota’s top receiver, but he currently leads the league with 712 yards on 58 catches. Thielen has set a new standard for NFL receivers with his impeccable route running, and his work ethic is second to none. Adam’s devotion to success and chemistry with Cousins have helped him become the first player in the Super Bowl era to start the season with six hundred-yard games in a row. His record year has been a thrill for fans, and he sets a great example for the rest of the team.

Congrats to Minnesota-native Adam Thielen on a spectacular start to the year. I can’t predict how the rest of the Vikings’ season will go, but I’m certain Thielen will give fans plenty to cheer for.
